Stylianos Samaras

Deputy Manager

Stylianos found himself moving from Greece to Germany where he ran his own restaurant successfully for 8 years. Since the family started growing up he decided (actually his wife did) to move a little closer to the family roots where the mother Queen (mother in law) rules and restart his career in the UK. He has gained extensive experience in the hospitality industry working as a F&B manager in the hotel industry for the last 6 years. He is a warm, welcoming and cheerful character who is always smiling. He loves beer, ouzo, wine and good food and has managed somehow to land on our site.

Duncan Dickson

Deputy Manager

Born and raised in South Africa, Duncan relocated to the UK in 2010 with his wife to follow his passion of working in the hospitality trade. When not working, he loves fishing and is an avid rugby fan. Joining the B&P team in October he could not be happier and looks forward to learning and growing within the company.

Benjamin Hensher

Sous Chef

Ben has grown up in the Midlands and worked predominantly in fine dining hotel restaurants in the Cotswold’s. Although his original expertise was in pastry, he crossed over to the savoury side of cooking some years ago as he felt that would make him a more ‘complete’ chef. In his spare time, he has a passion for nature and wild places, travel and photography.
