Welcome
Little Manor in Old Thelwall was built in 1660 for the Percival family, whose coat of arms we found painted on an interior wall. Naturally, we have adopted the crest as our pub sign and are very proud of our heritage. Since being a family house it has obviously been extended and enlarged many times but we believe it still exudes character in spades, offering different environments to dine and drink, next to roaring fires or overlooking our lovely gardens and the village green beyond.
The bar sits at the heart of the building, offering an endless array of interesting spirits, local cask ales and an extensive range of good quality but affordable wines.
We pride ourselves on offering fresh, vibrant dishes which our team of chefs change regularly to reflect the seasons and offer great variety to our many regular customers.
Menus
Our passion lies in finding quality fresh ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern but unpretentious way. Our menus have a spine of classic British dishes complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world. We upload them to our web site each day so that you may peruse them at your leisure.
