Welcome to the Mallard
Before it was ours, the Mallard was Tidbury Green Farm, a working farm since at least the 17th century. The farmhouse is Grade II listed, described by Historic England as ‘a good and substantially complete example of vernacular farm building’. We have added to and preserved it to give you what you see here today, a pub bursting with character, open fires, oak beams, a warm welcome and a pleasant and chatty environment.
The bar sits at the heart of the building, offering interesting spirits, local cask ales and an extensive range of good-quality but affordable wines.
We pride ourselves on offering fresh, vibrant dishes which our chefs change regularly to reflect the seasons.

And that’s Training Week at The Mallard completed! From food tastings (3 of them!) , to bar training, to cocktail making, wine tasting, pass training and beyond we are so proud of our brand new shining team for working so hard this week learning everything Brunning & Price - and also a huge thank you to all of the trainers for coming and helping us too!
