Although just a stone's throw from the centre of the lovely town of Reigate, the Pheasant is a country pub at heart, with a great deal of attention given to our gardens and terrace which overlook the beautiful countryside around.
Perfectly positioned to catch the sun and with the outside fire crackling away during the evenings, you'd be hard pressed to find a more agreeable place to enjoy a spot of al fresco dining or a few sundowners during the summer months.
Inside you will find a warm welcome at our large and bustling bar at the centre of the pub, bursting with local ales, great wines and a rather impressive gin collection. Either join us for a drink or choose to dine in our light and spacious garden room or welcoming bar with comfy seats, wooden floors and open fires.
We're delighted to share that we were recently awarded County Winner at the National Pub and Bar Awards 2019. As you can imagine we're pretty made up and would just like to thank all our customers for the support and for generally just being great!
Our passion lies in finding quality fresh ingredients and preparing, cooking and presenting them in a modern but unpretentious way. Our menus have a spine of classic British dishes complemented by more exotic influences from other parts of the world. We upload them to our web site each day before 12 noon so that you may peruse them at your leisure.
We're open from 10am daily and a popular spot for morning meetings, dog walkers and catching up after the school drop off. Wing back seats by the log fire and a friendly welcome await. Fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, teas and coffees are served until 12 noon when our lunch service begins.
On Saturday and Sunday mornings we also serve breakfast from 9am to 10:45am - you can see our breakfast menu here - reservations are recommended.
