Summer Dishes
Head Chef Nic and his team are celebrating the best of British Summer with a delicious selection of seasonal dishes currently making an appearance on our Daily Menu.
Look out for the summer classics such as the Griddled courgette, pomegranate, coconut feta salad or King Prawn Cocktail to start.
Followed by a Pea and Asparagus Risotto with pan fried Chalk stream Troutor a light Goats Cheese salad with beetroot and sun-dried tomato pesto.
Making sure to leave room for dessert to satisfy your sweet tooth with our rich Chocolate and Biscoff toffee Pot or a refreshing bowl of Eton Mess and fresh strawberries.
