British Asparagus

English asparagus season is officially here - but, as always, it’s wonderfully short-lived.

We source ours fresh while it’s at its very best, and when ingredients are this good, we think simplicity says it all. Our favourite way to serve it? Gently cooked and paired with a free-range poached egg and silky hollandaise sauce - a true seasonal classic.
