Our assistant managers, Laura and Jamie, have been hard at work with our trusted wine and cheese merchants to create a perfectly paired tasting — each wine carefully matched to complement and elevate the flavours of the cheeses it’s served with. Expect interesting finds, delicious combinations, and perhaps a few new favourites along the way.
