Sausage Week at The Black Jug

Hi there,

Who doesn’t love a good old sausage?

They’re a staple in pubs and on plates up and down the country, so it’s no wonder there’s a whole week dedicated to celebrating them.

We’ll be taking part in National Sausage Week this year, with a special menu celebrating the best of British sausages from Friday 23rd October to Saturday 31st October (excluding Sunday 25th).

The menu will run alongside our usual Daily Menu, so if anyone around the table isn't a Frankfurter fan (we can't quite imagine it either!), there'll be plenty of other dishes to choose from.

And with a nod to our Teutonic near neighbours, we’ll have a stein or two on offer to help the week go with a bang-er.
