Islay Malts
Ardbeg 10 Year Old - 46% This single malt matures for a decade before being bottled without any chill-filtration. If you're after a whisky with full of coastal air, smoke and more, this is exactly what you want. £4.00
Black Bottle - 40% The peatier notes from the Islay whisky in the blend have been balanced by rich sweetness of demerara sugar and simmering spice. £3.10
Bowmore 12 Year Old - 40% This whiskey proves to be a good introduction to Islay malts. Gentle peat mixed with coastal and floral notes, with a long smokey finish. £3.10
Bunnahabhain 12 Year Old - 46.3% This entry level Bunnahabhain bottling comes in a redesigned bottle. This 12 year old is lightly peated for an Islay single malt and consequently is a light, fresh dram. £4.00
Caol Ila 12 Year Old - 43% This 12 year old is the entry level bottling from the Caol Ila distillery, launched in June of 2002 this expression is light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke. £3.90
Kilchoman 5 Year Old 2006 - 46% This is actually the first ever whisky of this age from the distillery, 80% aged in first fill bourbon and 20% in refill bourbon. A limited release which we're sure will be very popular. £5.40
Laphroaig 25 Year Old Cask Strength - 52% Once voted 'The best cask strength single Malt', this whisky has loads of character and flavour, with a strong peaty flavour and a finish reminiscent of bonfire embers. £19.50
Laphroaig 10 Year Old - 40% This has to be one of Scotland's most characterful drams. Laphroaig are known for their medicinal malts, and the classic 10 year old is no exception. £4.50
Lagavulin 16 Year Old - 43% Heavy peat flavour with a surprisingly refreshing dryness and a gorgeous peat-smoke flavour. Best enjoyed with a strong blue cheese. £6.45
Longrow 10 Year Old - 46% A more heavily peated, double distilled 10 year old bottling from the Springbank distillery, matured in bourbon and sherry casks, with floral notes. £4.60
Port Charlotte An Turas Mor - 46% A superb balance of peat and smoke. Retains the intensity of other Port Charlotte releases without compromise. £3.90
Tobermory 10 Year Old - 46.3% Lightly peated malt from the mull distillery, this is a good introduction to smoky whiskies, with its sweet and light flavour. £2.90
Irish Whiskey
Bushmills 10 Year Old - 40% From the oldest licensed distillery in the world (est. 1608) comes an award winning Irish single malt with a floral, tannic finish. £3.20
Connemara Single Malt Peated - 40% A unique gently peated whiskey experience. Very drinkable with sweetness and plenty of peat, but don't expect a peat beast; this is driving-through-the-country window-seat-peat. £3.40
Green Spot Single Pot Still - 40% Toasted wood and spice feature in one of our favourite Irish whiskies. A delightful combination of fruit, toffee and malt. £5.50
Inishowen - 40% A peaty blended Irish whiskey from Cooley, Inishowen offers a zesty, rich, smoky flavour, with balanced peat and barley notes. £3.10
Jameson 10 Year Old - 40% World famous triple distilled Irish Whiskey, with floral notes, and a fudge-like sweetness, ending on a honey finish. £3.15
Jameson Crested Ten - 40% With a high proportion of pot still and Sherry-matured whiskeys, this is a top Irish blend, a real gem. £3.40
Kilbeggan - 40% Kilbeggan is named after St Bécán, one of the Twelve Apostles of Ireland who founded a monastery in the area in the 6th century. Smooth and malty. £3.20
Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old Single Malt - 40% In a move away from vintages, Knappogue Castle 12 Year Old is a delicious triple distilled single malt Irish whiskey bottling. £5.00
Millar's Special Reserve - 40% Millar's originated in Dublin, originally made by a company called Adam Millar and Co, today it is produced at the Cooley distillery. £3.10
Paddy Irish Whisky - 40% First produced in 1779, this whiskey is an Old Orchard favourite, made with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. £3.10
Powers John's Lane Release 12 Year Old - 46% Raisins and vanilla feature in this smooth whiskey, which is matured in a combination of bourbon and oloroso sherry casks. £5.20
Tullamore D.E.W. - 40% The 'D.E.W.' in Tullamore D.E.W. comes from the initials of a General Manager at the Tullamore distillery in the later 19th Century, named Daniel E. Williams. £3.10

Aberlour 10 Year Old - 40% Matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and sherry casks, this whisky has sweet nutmeg spice flavours with a peppery dryness and a caramel finish. £4.00
Auchentoshan 12 Year Old - 40% With a nose of exotic fruit, a sweet barley and vanilla flavour, and a long dry finish, this gorgeous whisky is definitely not one to be missed. £3.40
Balvenie DoubleWood 12 Year Old - 40% Additional maturation in port casks gives this whisky deep rich colour and flavour, with a lasting spicy finish. £3.90
Balvenie 21 Year Old PortWood Finish - 40% Maturation in port pipes has given this aged Balvenie a concentration of flavour, adding potent fruit and smoke notes to the silky-smooth full-bodied palate. £16.50
BenRiach 12 Year Old - 43% Winner of a Bronze Medal at the 2005 International Wine and Spirits Competition, with its peach and toffee apple flavours, and melted chocolate finish. £4.40
Black & White Blended Scotch Whisky - 40% Black & White Blended Whisky is a classic old blend of some of the finest whiskies in Scotland, with a high proportion of quality grain whisky. £3.10

Cragganmore 12 Year Old - 40% A sherried 12 year old single malt from Diageo's Classic Malts range proffers a rich, floral whisky with barley notes and a peppery finish. £4.50
Glen Elgin 12 Year Old - 43% A very soft 12 year old Speyside dram, with a toasted sultana flavour and barley finish. £3.70
Glenfarclas 10 Year Old - 40% A lovely, delicate whisky from Glenfarclas, which certainly offers more complexity than you'd expect from a 10 year old dram. £4.80
Glenfiddich 12 Year Old - 40% This classic Speyside from Glenfiddich was the Winner of a Gold Medal at the 2007 International Wine and Spirit Competition, aged for 12 years in Oak casks. £3.45
Glenfiddich 15 Year Old Solera - 40% A 15 year old matured in American bourbon, Portuguese sherry and virgin oak. The whisky was then married in a Solera vat. £4.20
Glen Grant 10 Year Old - 40% A gentle, delicate 10 year old single malt, a great beginner's whisky from the Glen Grant distillery. £3.20

Inchgower 14 Year Old - Flora and Fauna - 43% The Flora and Fauna series is a sadly discontinued range of whiskies, each with an illustration of an animal on the bottle. A rare find, so try it while you can! £5.00
Knockando 12 Year Old - 43% A single malt Scotch whisky, with hints of sultanas, honeydew melon and honey, and a long cinnamon finish. £2.90
The Macallan Gold Double Cask - 40% This expression is drawn from a combination of American and European oak sherry-seasoned casks, making for a wonderful introduction to the Macallan flavour profile. £5.00
Monkey Shoulder Blended Malt Scotch Whisky - 40% A smooth, creamy, supple and very malty Scotch which works superbly well neat, over ice, or with a mixer. £3.30
Rosebank 12 Year Old - 43% Before it closed, the Rosebank was one of Scotland's best distilleries. We brought as many bottles as we could before it's gone forever. £9.50
Speyburn 10 Year Old - 40% This 10 year old single malt was a gold medal winner at the 2006 San Francisco World Spirits Competition, with citrus and herbal notes. £3.10
Strathisla 12 Year Old - 40% A fruity and sherry-rich single malt, with flavours of cinnamon buns and mince pies. This is a fruity whisky, perfect for the winter months. £3.20

Abhainn Dearg 2008 - 46% Bottle number 475 of the year 2011 from the most western distillery Scotland, something little bit special from the newest distillery in Scotland. £15.00
The Arran Malt 10 Year Old - 46% This whisky exudes all the honeyed richness we have come to associate with the Isle of Arran distillery. £3.60
Highland Park 12 Year Old, Viking Honour - 40% Well balanced floral notes in this crowd pleaser. A great entry level whisky for those new to the pleasures of the malt. £4.00
Highland Park 18 Year Old, Viking Pride - 43% This is a multi-award winning whisky once voted the 'best spirit in the world', due to being rich, complex and supremely delicious. £10.50
Highland Park 25 Year Old - 45.7% A uniquely smooth and balanced style malt with a toffee sweetness and a mouth-wateringly smoky finish. £16.50
Scapa 14 Year Old - 40% With a spicy pepper and citrus flavour, and a gorgeous vanilla finish, this is a good balanced, smooth and tasty whisky. £6.50
Talisker 10 Year Old - 45.8% Aged for a minimum of 10 years in American oak casks, this whisky has been recognised numerous times for its excellence. £4.20

Aberfeldy 12 Year Old - 40% The classic 12 Year Old Aberfeldy single malt Scotch whisky, distilled in the Highlands. £5.00
Ben Nevis 19 Year Old 1996 Single Cask - 50.6% With hints of apple sauce, clotted cream, raspberries, mead, and some meaty barley notes, this whisky is one of only 721 bottles ever made. £6.50
Blair Athol 12 Year Old Flora and Fauna - 43% A Christmas whisky if we ever saw one! Sherry undertones, with a citrus and Christmas cake flavour, and a peaty finish. £6.00
Clynelish 14 Year Old - 46% This is a superb example of what Clynelish can produce even at younger age. The balance is sublime and the mouthfeel is perfectly rounded. £3.80
Dalmore 12 Year Old - 40% With scents of a warm coffee house in Seattle, and notes of Seville marmalade, triple sec, and milk chocolate, this whisky is a chocolate orange in disguise. £4.60
Dalwhinnie 15 Year Old - 43% The flavours are simple, but flawless, a clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range. £3.80
Deanston 12 Year Old - 46.3% Zesty orange marmalade on the nose, with a nutty caramel flavour, undertones of oak, and an abrupt finish of caramel. £3.50
Edradour 10 Year Old - 40% This 10 year old Eastern Highlander is a rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. £4.00
The GlenDronach 12 Year Old - 43% A very heavily sherried single malt, buttery tasting with a hint of marmalade, and a smoky toffee finish. £4.50
Glenmorangie 10 Year Old 'The Original' - 40% One of the world's best selling single malts, this really is an outstanding malt, fruity and creamy, with a gentle finish. £3.00
Glen Ord 12 Year Old - 43% A smoky and flavourful Highland malt from Glen Ord, beautifully smooth and rounded Scotch. £9.50
The Glenturret 10 Year Old - 40% The more recently released entry level from this Highland distillery. Glenturret is the spiritual (excuse the pun) heart of the Famous Grouse blend. £3.75
Inchfad 2002 - 45% Inchfad was introduced to the general public in the mid-2000s, but since then, very little has been heard about this particular name from Loch Lomond. £4.50
Old Pulteney 12 Year Old - 40% An excellent introduction to Old Pulteney (though well worth a look, even if you've already been introduced). £4.00
Old Pulteney 21 Year Old - 46% Winner of 'World Whisky of the year 2012', from Scotland's most northern mainland distillery. Simply class in a glass. £14.00
Highland Malts Continued...
Royal Lochnagar 12 Year Old - 40% This 12 year old was distilled at the Lochnagar distillery, once visited by Queen Victoria when she was staying at nearby Balmoral. £4.25
Springbank 10 Year Old - 46% The 10 year old from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, a mixture of both bourbon and sherry matured whisky. £4.40
Springbank 18 Year Old - 46% Toasted bananas on the nose, with hints of bakewell tart. Strong spicy flavours of chilli and pine, and a gorgeous salted caramel and chocolate finish. £9.50
Tomatin 12 Year Old - 43% This core single malt from the ace distillery in the Highlands is finished for between six and nine months in Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled. £3.50
English, Japanese, and Canadian Whisky
Canadian Club Whisky - 40% The renowned Canadian whisky, married in white oak barrels. Canadian Club was founded by whisky mogul Hiram Walker. £3.20
English Whisky Co. Chapter 11 - 46% The first ever heavily peated whisky from the English Whisky Company, distilled by the St. George's Distillery in the wonderful county of Norfolk. £7.00
Nikka Whisky From The Barrel - 51.4% A huge depth of flavour in this stunning Japanese whisky. We can't recommend this enough. £6.20
Scotch Whisky
The Antiquary 12 Year Old - 40% A rounded, smooth blend, the Antiquary 12 year old is a great whisky which Jim Murray awarded an incredible 92 points to in his 2013 Whisky Bible. £3.70
Ballantine's 17 Year Old - 40% This whisky is vibrant, well balanced and properly packed with honey, apples and biscuits with a hint of smoke. £5.50
Ballantine's Finest - 40% This expressive whisky has hints of wood smoke and toffee, with a caramel flavour and a peaty undertone. £3.10
Chivas Regal 12 Year Old - 40% A refined blended whisky, with herbs, honey and fruit leaping forth on the palate. Loved by the critics, this is a superb blend in its price category - great value for money! £3.20
Compass Box The Peat Monster - 46% The Peat Monster contains whisky from secret distilleries (all very cloak and dagger). All we know is that some are from Islay! £3.40

Inverleven 1991 - 40% Distilled at the now silent Inverleven in the Lowlands during 1991 in refill bourbon barrels, before bottling by Gordon and MacPhail. £6.50
J&B Rare - 43% Europe's most popular Scotch whisky. This is a blend of 42 different whiskies, created by J&B, Justerini and Brooks. £3.10
Johnnie Walker Red Label - 40% Red Label was created by the Johnnie Walker company in 1909, this is a classic blended whiskies, a great mixer and back bar favourite. £3.10
Johnnie Walker Gold Label Reserve - 40% The replacement premium blend for Johnnie Walker's popular Gold Label 18. It's structured around single malt whisky from Clynelish. £6.10
Johnnie Walker Black Label 12 Year Old - 40% A 12 year old blended whisky, one of the world's most famous blends. Johnnie Walker Black is a blend of around 40 whiskies, very well put together. £3.50
Johnnie Walker Blue Label - 40% Johnnie Walker Blue Label blended Scotch whisky - a premium expression from the famous range. Top quality stuff. £19.50
Littlemill 8 Year Old - 40% Littlemill has since been closed and demolished and will inevitably become rare in time. This is a great chance to try this classic bottling from the Lowlands. £13.00
Sheep Dip - 40% A great whisky made from 16 malt whiskies aged from 8 to 21 years. Jim Murray describes Sheep Dip as "young and sprightly". £4.50
St Magdalene 1982 (bottled 2015) - 46% St Magdalene is a closed distillery from the Lowlands, shutting its doors in 1983 so not long after this whisky was distilled. £21.50
White Horse - 40% A good blend which was first produced in 1861, White Horse was the Blended Whisky of the Year in Jim Murray's 2007 Whisky Bible. £7.00
8O8 Whisky (808) - 40% The name is inspired by the TR-808 drum machine. If you've ever listened to electronic music, you've almost certainly heard a TR-808 before. £3.30
Brandies, Cognac and Armagnac
Baron de Sigognac 10 Year Old - 40% Beautifully crafted Bas-Armagnac from Baron de Sigognac. The company owns one short column still which is almost a century old, and it produces around 50-60 casks a year. £4.50
Boulard La Cuvée Vincent - 40% Made with a blend of spirits that have been aged between three to six years in oak casks before being bottled. With a vibrant, exciting flavour profile, this would make for a great aperitif. £5.50
Courvoisier VS - 40% Courvoisier proudly boast their Cognac as that of Napoleon. Napoleon requested hundreds of bottles of Courvoisier Cognac for his years of exile. £3.25
Delamain Pale & Dry Grande Champagne Cognac 1990s - 40% This is a 1980s bottle of 'Pale & Dry' Grande Champagne Cognac from the Delamin House, which has been involved in the Cognac world since 1762. £11.00
Frapin Grande Champagne Cigar Blend (Single Estate) - 40% Made to go very well with a cigar, this Frapin Cigar Blend Cognac has a luxurious nose of port, hazelnuts and vanilla, followed by a palate of floral and richly fruity notes. £10.75
Hennessy Fine de Cognac - 40% Exceptional Cognac at a simply astonishing price, perfect served neat, over ice, or with a mixer. £3.50
Hennessy XO - 40% If you like dark and complex drinks then this is the one for you. Leather and tobacco notes with a touch of spice. £14.95
Hine Rare VSOP Cognac - 40% Hine Rare VSOP is a blend of Grande and Petite Champagnes (60% is the former). This is what's known as a Fine Champagne. £4.50
Martell VS Single Distillery - 40% An intriguing 2017 release from Martell - it's a VS Cognac made with spirits distilled exclusively at one distillery, to aim for a richer, more intense style of spirit. £3.20
Rémy Martin Mature Cask VSOP Cognac - 40% The blend contains 55% Grande Champagne eau-de-vie, spiced and rich with fruity notes of nectarine with dried apricot and plum, floral and oaked. £3.90
Bourbons
Blanton's Special Reserve - 40% Special Reserve is a lower strength single barrel bourbon from Blanton's. Each bottle is hand-filled, hand-labeled, hand-sealed and individually numbered. £5.00
Buffalo Trace - 40% The new edition of the classic Kentucky straight bourbon, Buffalo Trace. A great whiskey, with oodles of vanilla, barrel char and spicy complexity. £3.10
Bulleit Bourbon - 40% A high rye content gives this a spicy kick. A stunning bourbon that won a Gold medal at the San Francisco World Spirits Competition in 2012. £3.10

Four Roses Small Batch Bourbon - 45% Ten bourbon recipes are produced by Four Roses, and four of then are blended together to create this approachable but flavoursome expression. Great value-for-money stuff, this. £4.00
Jack Daniel's Tennessee Whiskey - 40% Filtered through 10 feet of sugar maple charcoal to produce a mellow, slightly smoky character, thus making it the most well known Tennessee whiskey. £3.25
Jack Daniel's Single Barrel - 45% Bottled from a single barrel from the Jack Daniel distillery. Each barrel is selected by the Master Distiller by its suitability as a stand alone product before being bottled. £6.00
Jim Beam White Label - 40% Quite sweet with gentle notes of vanilla and cut hay, followed by notes of toasty oak and all the requisite notes of vanilla and crème anglaise. £3.10
Knob Creek Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey - 50% An old-school pre-prohibition style Bourbon, named after the creek where Abraham Lincoln grew up. £3.90
Maker's Mark - 45% A fruity nose with hints of hazelnut and spiced honey, leads into a full bodied vanilla flavour, and a long lasting butterscotch finish. £3.30
Noah's Mill - 57.2% Difficult to track down and highly sought after. Can you taste chocolate orange? £5.00
Wild Turkey Kentucky Bourbon - 43.4% Bold notes of sweet vanilla, pear and hints of spice, Wild Turkey finishes with a flavour that is full and rich, whether enjoyed straight or with a mixer. £3.10
Woodford Reserve Kentucky Bourbon - 43.2% Unusual for being triple distilled, this bourbon matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon. £4.20
