Glendronach 12 y.o. 43% A 12 year old from the Highlands distillery, Glendronach is a very heavily sherried single malt. £4.50
Old Fettercairn 51.5% Aged in a single cask for 20 years then bottled in February 2016 with an outturn of 281 bottles. £6.00
Oban 14 y.o. 43% A superb, full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke. £4.50
Old Pulteney 12 y.o. 40% A very popular Highland dram, with a sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes with a briny hint of sea air. £3.70
Royal Lochnagar 40% Fragrant, with a delightful balance of fruit and spices. There is rich fruit and honey on the nose and a warming and rounded finish. £4.20

Aberlour 10 y.o. 40% Ideal for beginners. It's full of caramel and honey notes with a fine sherried spiciness. £3.20
Balvenie 12 y.o. DBL Wood 40% DoubleWood is an excellent example of what the Balvenie distillery can craft, even at 12 years. £3.90

Caol Ila 12 y.o. 43% Light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke. £3.90
Laphroaig 10 y.o. 40% In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. It has a bold, smoky taste, followed by a surprising sweetness. £4.20
Lagavulin 16 y.o. 43% A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay. £5.20
The Islands
Isle of Jura Superstition 43% A single malt made up of different ages, 13 % of which is said to be heavily peated... It turns out Stevie was wrong, Superstition is the way! £3.70

Baron De Sigognac 10 y.o. 40% The 10 year old delivers an exceptional and rare taste. Mild yet fiery at the same time like a gently toasted Arabica coffee. There are a wide range of aromas, floral followed by fruity notes yet dominated by a perfect balance between fruit and spices. £3.90
Calvados Vincent 40% This is a blend of three to six year old Calvados from the Pays d'Auge with a very fruity style. With a vibrant, exciting flavour profile, this would make for a great aperitif. £3.40
Hine Rare VSOP 40% Aged from between 6 and 12 years, with most being around 8 years old, it is a stunning cognac with an excellent delivery. It was first blended by the eponymous Thomas Hine. £4.80
Hine Antique XO 40% An enjoyable cognac from Hine, blended from 40 eaux-de-vie from the Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne regions. This 'antique' bottling was matured for at least 15 years. £10.00
Janneau VSOP 40% The longer maturation in Montlezun oak gives this style considerable smoothness and a superb fragrance. It is a golden, warm eau de vie, which at first has a sweet and welcoming nose and in depth a hint of prunes and vanilla. £3.30
Martell VSOP 40% A rich, nutty Cognac from Martell. A very popular VSOP. £5.70
Rémy Martin VSOP 40% Rémy Martin is one of the most famous Cognac brands out there, known for it's distinctive flavour profile and frosted-glass bottle £4.20
Xanté 38% Xanté the silky texture and a seductive golden amber colour. There is a superb blend of sweet pears and smooth cognac, but remember this: with Xanté, it's usually love at first sip. £2.80
