The Highlands

anCnoc 12 y.o. 40% This 12 year old exhibits a gentle, non-sherried style of whisky. £3.60

Antiquary 12 y.o. 40% A rounded, smooth blend, the Antiquary 12 year old is a great whisky. £4.00

Ardmore Cask 61.8% Indie Ardmore aged in a single bourbon barrel and bottled by Signatory for the cask strength Collection. £3.90

Blair Athol 12 y.o. 46% Tasty Blair Athol single malt, aged in a single hogshead cask for 12 years and boasting oodles of classic confectionery notes. £5.70

Clynelish 14 y.o. 46% The balance is sublime and the mouthfeel is perfectly rounded. A great 14 year old Highland malt. £5.00

Dalmore 12 y.o. 40% A toasty, coffee-rich dram with beautifully spice notes and a thick mouthfeel. Very rich for a 12 year old. £4.00

Dalwhinnie 15 y.o. 43% A clean, crisp 15 year old from the Dalwhinnie distillery, also part of Diageo's Classic Malts range. £3.90

Edradour 15 y.o. 46% A rather unique single malt, a decidedly rum-like dram with a thick mouthfeel. £4.75

Glenmorangie Lasanta 43% Sherry cask finished expression is rich and creamy with dark chocolate, dried fruit and fresh honey. £5.00

Glenmorangie Port Wood 43% Pleasantly malty, smooth and sweet, with lots of fruit on the nose. £4.50

Glendronach 12 y.o. 43% A 12 year old from the Highlands distillery, Glendronach is a very heavily sherried single malt. £4.50

Old Fettercairn 51.5% Aged in a single cask for 20 years then bottled in February 2016 with an outturn of 281 bottles. £6.00

Oban 14 y.o. 43% A superb, full-blooded fruity malt with a whiff of heather and more than a hint of smoke. £4.50

Old Pulteney 12 y.o. 40% A very popular Highland dram, with a sherry presence alongside sweet citrus fruit notes with a briny hint of sea air. £3.70

Royal Lochnagar 40% Fragrant, with a delightful balance of fruit and spices. There is rich fruit and honey on the nose and a warming and rounded finish. £4.20


Campbeltown

Springbank 10 y.o. 46% The 10 year old from the Springbank distillery in Campbeltown, a mixture of both bourbon and sherry matured whisky. £4.50


Speyside

Aberlour A'bundah 61.1% Matured exclusively in Spanish Oloroso Sherry casks and bottled at cask strength. £4.50

Aberlour 10 y.o. 40% Ideal for beginners. It's full of caramel and honey notes with a fine sherried spiciness. £3.20

Balvenie 12 y.o. DBL Wood 40% DoubleWood is an excellent example of what the Balvenie distillery can craft, even at 12 years. £3.90

Cragganmore 12 y.o. 40% This bottling from the Cragganmore distillery represents Speyside and proffers a rich, slightly floral whisky with barley notes. £3.60

Glenfarclas 15 y.o. 46% An incredible dram from Glenfarclas, we can't say enough about it. It's a juicy, Christmas cake of a whisky, absolutely huge! £5.20

Glenfiddich 12 y.o. 40% Mellowed in oak marrying tuns to create its sweet and subtle oak flavours. Light and easy drinking stuff loved by millions. £3.20

Glenfiddich 18 y.o. 40% Matured in a mix of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. Notes of cinnamon, toffee and ginger. £5.70

Glenlivet Founder's Reserve 40% Named in tribute to distillery founder George Smith, this dram is firstly fruit then sweet on the palate, into toffee and milk chocolate. £3.30

Glenrothes Select Reserve 43% A great value for money single malt, it exhibits the wonderful spicy house style. £4.50

Knockando 12 y.o. 43% This 2004 vintage 12 year old expression from the Knockando distillery in Speyside. These expressions from Knockando are reliably tasty, affordable whiskies. £3.30

Longmorn 16 y.o. 48% Longmorn are premium single malt makers. This is a superb 16 year old, recommended. £7.00

Longrow 10 y.o. 57% A 10 year old from the Springbank distillery, matured in bourbon casks before bottling at 100 proof, or 57% abv to you or I. £5.00

Macallan Gold 40% Overall a slightly sweet and malty whisky, easy going and fresh. £4.00

Singleton of Dufftown 12 y.o. 40% A Straightforward, nutty and malty single malt from Speyside. £3.50

Strathisla 12 y.o. 40% This is a new edition of the Chivas malt Strathisla 12 year old, a fruity and sherry-rich single malt from Speyside. £4.00


The Lowlands

Auchentoshan Three Wood 43% Matured in 3 different casks, this is a distinctive triple distilled whisky. Tastes like a Black Forest gateaux! £4.20

Cameron Brig 40% A very light, gentle whisky. £3.10

Glenkinchie 12 y.o.43% Notes of Madeira and sweet stewed fruits. £3.60


Islay

Ardbeg 10 y.o. 46% Jim Murray's 2008 World Whisky of the Year! Vanilla, lemon and lime followed by that Ardbeg smoke that we all know and love. £4.40

Ardbeg Corryvreckan 57.1% This is one of the legendary Islay malts. £7.00

Bowmore 12 y.o. 40% Beautiful coastal notes with a gentle peat, balanced with floral elements. £3.30

Bruichladdich Octomore 57% Famous for being made with the most heavily peated barley on the planet, Bruichladdich are still able to impart a delicate, graceful emphasis within this intense whisky. £10.00

Bruichladdich Laddie Classic 46% A blend of different vintages, exhibiting the true, classic flavours of Bruichladdich. £5.00

Bunnahabain 18 y.o. 46.3% In what will be seen as a positive move to whisky connoisseurs, Bunnahabhain have decided to bottle the 18 year old without chill-filtration and without colouring. £7.00

Caol Ila 12 y.o. 43% Light and fresh with that distinctive Caol Ila smoke. £3.90

Laphroaig 10 y.o. 40% In making Laphroaig, malted barley is dried over a peat fire. The smoke from this peat gives Laphroaig its particularly rich flavour. It has a bold, smoky taste, followed by a surprising sweetness. £4.20

Lagavulin 16 y.o. 43% A much sought-after single malt with the massive peat-smoke that's typical of southern Islay. £5.20


The Islands

Isle of Jura Superstition 43% A single malt made up of different ages, 13 % of which is said to be heavily peated... It turns out Stevie was wrong, Superstition is the way! £3.70

Ledaig 46% Independently bottled single malt from the Isle of Mull's Tobermory distillery, released under their Ledaig name - so you know what that means. Peat, glorious peat! £3.00

Scapa Skiren 40% A handsomely honey'd single malt Scotch whisky which has been distilled in the Scotch whisky industry's only remaining working Lomond Still! £4.40

Talisker 10 y.o. 45.8% A classic Island dram from the Isle of Skye. Lots of spice and fresh, tangy peat. £3.70

Talisker Storm 45.8% All the warm, smoky, peppery characteristics of standard Talisker 10 year old, but they've been turned up a notch. £4.50


Irish

Bushmills 10 y.o. 40% This has a far greater depth of flavour than standard Irish blends, with a surprisingly floral finish. £3.60

Connemara 40% Connemara produce a peated Irish single malt, named for the area in Ireland. £4.00

Green Spot 40% A delightful combination of fruit, toffee and malt, with a creamy, long finish. £4.40

Jamesons 10 y.o. 40% A light floral fragrance, peppered with spicy wood and sweet notes. This is the timeless whiskey that turned the green bottle into an icon. £3.00

Kilbeggan 40% Like most Irish people, Kilbeggan is easy going and approachable. The finest grain and malt whiskeys are blended together for a smooth, sweet taste and lovely malt finish. £3.30

Paddy 40% A triple distilled blended Irish Whiskey produced in Cork and made, unusually, with all three styles of Irish whiskey: single pot still, single malt and grain. £3.00

Teeling 52.5% The first spirit released from the Teeling Whiskey Distillery in Dublin is this superb Poitín - Teeling's take on this infamous and once-illegal traditional Irish spirit. £4.00

Tullamore Dew 12 y.o. 40% Originally launched for the travel retail market, this 12 year old Irish blend is full of sweetness and sublimely smooth. £3.10


Blended

Ballantines Finest Blend 40% Jim Murray's No Age Statement Blend of the Year with a whopping 96 points! A classic blend. £2.80

Chivas Regal 12 y.o. 40% World-famous Scotch blend which was first made in the early 20th century by Chivas Brothers. £3.20

Famous Grouse 40% The best-selling Scotch whisky in Scotland. A nicely balanced, malty blend which was first made in 1896. £2.90

Dimple (Haig) 40% The oldest of all scotch whiskies leaves a warm, slightly smoky taste at the back of the mouth. £4.20

J & B Rare 40% Europe's most popular Scotch whisky. £2.60

Johnnie Walker Black Label 40% Its deep fruity flavours give way to drier peaty nuances, vanilla and raisin tones. £3.20

Monkey Shoulder 40% Smooth, creamy, supple and very malty Scotch which works superbly over ice or neat. £3.20

Pigs Nose 40% A great value, smooth 5 year old blended whisky from the creators of the 'Sheep Dip' range. £3.00

Sheep Dip 40% It''s a rich, warming, malty, young whisky with fragrance of the coast. £3.60


International

Akashi Blended Japenese Whisky 40% Specially produced using a mixture of Japanese and foreign made malt and grain whisky. Hints of cherry bakewell and dustings of nutmeg and black pepper. £4.50

Canadian Club 40% The renowned Canadian whisky, married in white oak barrels. Canadian Club was founded by whisky mogul Hiram Walker. £2.80

Hibiki 12 y.o. Japanese Whiskey 43% Hibiki includes malt whisky from Yamazaki and Hakushu, partly matured in plum liqueur barrels. £6.00

Nikka Straight from the Barrel 51.4% An incredible Japanese whisky, so much power! We can't recommend this enough. £4.80

Penderyn Welsh Whisky 59.8 % From the Welsh whisky distillery in Penderyn. A classic fresh finish with aromas of cream toffee. £3.30

Suntory The Yamazaki 43% Jam-packed with superb red berry notes, and matured in Bordeaux wine cask. £6.50
