Scottish Whisky

Aberfeldy 12 - Highland 40% This award winning malt is bright in colour and clean in taste, with citrus notes and layers of honey and hazelnut.

Aberlour 10 - Speyside 40% £3.70

AnCnoc 12 - Highland 40% This 12 year old exhibits a gentle, non-sherried style of whisky.

Auchentoshen American Oak - Lowland 40% A light, bright whisky with plenty of vanilla sweetness at its centre - great as an aperitif dram.

Balblair 19 - Highland 46% This ace Highland whisky was matured in a combination of American ex-bourbon barrels and Spanish ex-Sherry butts from 1999 until 2014.

Benromach 18 - Speyside 46.3% Packing plenty of dried fruit, fresh vanilla and smoky notes, it's approachable but flavoursome indeed.

Bowmore 12 - Islay 40% Beautiful coastal notes with a gentle peat, it is the balance that the floral element presents that makes this a great entry bottling for Bowmore.

Bruichladdich Classic Laddie - Islay 50% £4.10

Bruichladdich Islay Barley - Islay 50% As the name suggests, this expression is made using barley that grows on the Hebridean island which Bruichladdich calls home.

Bunnahabhain 18 - Islay 46.3% In what will be seen as a positive move to whisky connoisseurs, Bunnahabhain have decided to bottle the 18 year old without chill-filtration and without colouring.

Cardhu 12 - Speyside 40% A well-balanced, gentle single malt from Speyside. Cardhu 12 is a very well put together malt.

Caol Ila 12 - Islay 43% £4.10

Cragganmore 12 - Speyside 40% This bottling from the Cragganmore distillery represents Speyside and proffers a rich, slightly floral whisky with barley notes.

Dalmore 12 - Highland 40% £4.10

Dalmore 15 - Highland 40% £7.90

Dalmore Cigar Malt - Highland 44% Caramel, shortbread, biscuits, coffee and chocolates. Simple, clean and moreish.

Dalwhinnie Winter Gold - Highland 43% Very honeyed with warming peppery spices and cinnamon.

Edradour 10 - Highland 40% This single malts decade of ageing was spent in a combination of Oloroso sherry and bourbon casks. This is one sherry monster and we love it.

Finlaggan Old Reserve - Islay 40% The source of Finlaggan has remained a very closely guarded secret. To tell the true origin of Old Reserve you'll simply have to taste it and find out!

GlenDronach 12 - Highland 43% This particular dram is allowed to age in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks from Spain, resulting in generous helpings of dried fruit and Christmas spice running through it.

Glenfiddich 12 - Speyside 40% £3.60

Glen Garioch 12 - Highland 48% Matured in both bourbon and sherry casks it has loads of character, as well as being bottled at the sensible strength of 48%.

Glen Grant 10 - Speyside 40% This malt, having spent a decade in bourbon casks, boasts oodles of light, malty notes. A top dram for warmer weather.

Glenkinchie 12 - Lowland 43% The nose is quite light, yet fragrant whilst the palate is very fruity with notes of Madeira and sweet stewed fruits.

Glenlivet 12 Founder's Reserve - Speyside 40% £4.10

Glenmorangie 10 - Highland 40% £4.10

Hazelburn 10 - Cambeltown 46% Toffee apples, fresh honey and fragrant pears. Hints of vanilla.

Highland Park 12 - The Islands 40% Fresh, clean and very aromatic. Floral notes abound the senses with a light grassiness. Notes of creamy Manuka honey and a touch of juicy citrus with cream and a well-balanced sweetness.

Highland Park 18 - The Islands 43% A major player in the single malt world; has to be tasted to be believed!

Highland Park Dark Origins - The Islands 46.8% A dark expression which fits in with the distillery's origins – founder Magnus Eunson being a smuggler who worked in the darkness of night.

Ileach Peaty - Islay 40% Ileach is what the Islay natives call themselves, and this whisky is Islay through and through. There is no mucking about here, this is one peaty dram.

Islay Storm - Islay 40% An Islay single malt from a secret distillery, Islay Storm has loads of peaty character.

Kilchoman Sanaig - Islay 46% An enjoyably peaty single malt which has been vatted from both bourbon and Sherry casks.

Knockandu 12 - Speyside 43% Single malt Scotch whisky from a distillery in the prolific Speyside region, aged for a dozen years before being bottled.

Lagavulin 16 - Islay 43% £8.50

Laphroaig 10 - Islay 40% £4.60

Ledaig 10 - The Islands 46.3% This whisky boasts plumes of rich, earthy, almost medicinal smoke, with underlying fresh fruit and crushed spice notes.

Lismore 21 - Speyside 43% £6.40

Macallan Double Cask Gold - Speyside 40% £4.15

Macallan 18 - Speyside 43% Oloroso sherry was used to season a combination of both American and European oak casks, with the former imparting vanilla nuances while the latter brings that hallmark Macallan spice.

Old Pultney 12 - Highland 40% Aged in bourbon casks, resulting in a heavy influence of bourbon sweetness - which helps to balance the characteristic coastal salinity of the whisky.

Old Pultney 17 - Highland 46% The nose is clean and fresh with great balance. There is a profusion of fruit, from fruit salad with honeydew melon and pear to dried fruits.

Scapa Skiren - The Islands 40% This whisky was matured in first fill American oak casks, bringing plenty of vanilla and honey notes to the table. The name comes from the Old Norse word for "glittering bright skies".

Singleton 12 - Speyside 40% Malty with cereal/barley sweetness, buttery toast, wood shavings, hay and walnut.

Speyburn 10 - Highland 40% A fruity nose with hints of orange, mandarin and cooking apple. A touch of oak, peppermint and spice.

Talisker 10 - The Islands 45.8% £4.10

Tamdhu 10 - Speyside 40% Well-sherried single malt from the Tamdhu distillery, aged for a decade in sherry oak casks.

Tobermory 10 - The Islands 46.3% Matured for 10 years in ex-bourbon casks, the slight peat influence of our water gives a unique character to the smooth notes of fruit and spice.

Tomatin 12 - Highland 43% This core single malt from the ace distillery in the Highlands is finished for six-to-nine months in Oloroso Sherry casks before being bottled.

Wasmunds - 48% An American single malt produced in Virginia at the Copper Fox distillery. This is made with malt which has been dried using apple and cherry wood!

Wolfburn Aurora - Highland 46% Almonds and pecans, with a wave of sweet, sticky Sherry notes.


Blended and World Whisky

Bains - 43% An exceptionally smooth whisky with a rich, warm amber colour, a combination of toffee, floral notes and vanilla aromas and a hint of spice

Ballentines Finest - 40% Rich and sweet. Barley and caramel, very gentle peat.

Big Peat - 46% A big bodied blended malt from Islay. It is comprised of malt whisky from Caol Ila, Bowmore, Ardbeg and Port Ellen.

Chivas Regal 12 - 40% This is a very refined blended whisky, with herbs, honey and fruit leaping forth on the palate.

Famous Grouse - 40% £3.20

Jamesons - 40% £3.45

Johnnie Walker Green Label - 43% The nose is quite rich and full. There are notes of mocchaccino and espresso coffee, wood smoke and a fireplace, a touch of bitter chocolate and oak.

Johnnie Walker Blue Label - 40% Only one in ten thousand casks makes the grade. Rich and slightly smoky, it's made up of some very old malt and grain Scotch whiskies.

Justerini & Brooks Rare - 40% The blend itself is made with a combination of 42 Scotch single malts and grains, with a generous portion of Speyside whisky at the expression's core.

The Naked Grouse - 40% £3.20

Nikka From the Barrel - 51.4% An incredible Japanese whisky; so much power!

Pigs Nose - 40% This whisky is produced with a high percentage of malt whiskies, principally from the Speyside region

Sheep Dip - 40% A splendid blended malt, Sheep Dip is comprised of over a dozen Scotch single malts that have been matured for at least five years in a variety of sherry, bourbon and oak casks

Tyrconnel - 40% It is a satisfying Irish single malt whiskey, packed to the brim with vanilla and honey notes.
