Front of House Supervisor

Being a Supervisor is an ideal opportunity to gain knowledge and experience of every aspect of pub life. We see our supervisors as the first step on the pub management career ladder and we always try to promote from within when we can.

We’re looking for a confident and outgoing Supervisor with a great sense of humour to support the management crew. We’re proud of our range of real ales and need to find someone with a real enthusiasm for cask conditioned beer to keep the beers and cellar in tip-top condition as well as working front of house.

As well as having responsibility for the cellar, you'll also be involved in ordering and stock control, overseeing service and end of night procedures.

You'll need to understand and love cask ales, have a genuine interest in wine and good food and play a full role in supporting all front of house service.

The role will be very hands-on and extremely varied – you’ll be running shifts and overseeing sections to ensure the best possible customer service.

We need someone who has a real eye for the detail and ideally, previous supervisory experience in a similar pub or restaurant environment.

Kitchen Porter
