Full-time Cellar Person

We're on the lookout for an experienced and friendly bar/cellar person with a real enthusiasm and knowledge of cask conditioned ale to keep the beers and cellar in tip-top condition.   

As well as having responsibility for the cellar, you’ll also be involved in ordering and stock control, overseeing service and end of night procedures.

You’ll need to understand and love cask ales, have a genuine interest in wine and good food and play a full role in supporting all front of house service.

Waiting and Bar staff - Part or Full-time

We are looking for out-going, friendly people to join our crew on a part-time or full-time basis.

Sous Chef

Salary package between £25k - £28k plus tips and live-in is a potential 

Are you an experienced Sous chef with a real passion for quality fresh food?

As a Sous Chef you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

  • Fresh food preparation

  • Managing wage targets
