A braised pork ribeye, slow-cooked until tender, delivering rich, savoury depth.

As the evening draws to its finale, a decadent treat - a passionfruit and mango cheesecake, offering a balance of tropical brightness and creamy indulgence.
Alongside the final course, you will be presented with a 10ml serve of Louis XIII Cognac. In this moment, time stops.
