This exclusive dinner celebrates the pinnacle of craftsmanship, culminating in a ceremonial tasting of the legendary Louis XIII Cognac by Rémy Martin - a century in the making.
Begin your journey with a balanced pairing of Telmont Champagne alongside seasonal melon and delicate prosciutto ham - a refreshing introduction to the evening.
For your starter, enjoy seared scallops with sweetcorn purée and chorizo jam, prepared to highlight their natural sweetness with seasonal accompaniments.
The main course presents a braised pork ribeye, slow-cooked until tender, delivering rich, savoury depth.
Dessert. As the evening draws to its finale, a decadent treat - a passionfruit and mango cheesecake, offering a balance of tropical brightness and creamy indulgence.
Alongside the final course, you will be presented with a 10ml serve of Louis XIII Cognac. In this moment, time stops.
