The Annual Black Jug whisky Night ~ Monday 27th October

The inevitable and unstoppable march of the seasons has bought us to Autumn - BUT, with Autumn comes the annual Black Jug whisky night. As previous participants can attest, it really is the perfect remedy to the longer, cooler nights, the added layers of clothing and the pumpkin-spiced-soya-boba-tea-tiktok-lattes. We're so confident this year's whisky night will be special that we are guaranteeing it will lift your spirits (literally.)
This year the evening will be hosted by the prestigious whisky house of Dalmore. You will recognise their distinctive branding on our shelves by the silver stag's head and antlers adorning the front of their bottles. They are true masters of their craft and we are extremely excited to listen along with you all and learn more about that warming nectar that we all enjoy so much!
Naturally, we won't just be listening. Included in the cost of your ticket (of which there are only 30) there will be a main course to be served promptly at 7pm, before the tasting gets under way. We will also be providing a welcome drink on arrival and will be ever present should you wish to have top-ups alongside the five or so premium whiskies on offer for the evening.
