The Bell is a charming eighteenth-century coaching inn in the heart of Alderminster, part of the historic Alscot Estate. Just a short drive away, Stratford-upon-Avon offers Shakespeare’s Birthplace, Anne Hathaway’s Cottage, and the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, while scenic walks await in the nearby villages of Ilmington, Alderminster, and Preston on Stour.
Inside, the inn features a welcoming bar serving local favourites, cosy nooks with log fires, and light, airy rooms overlooking the stone terrace and gardens.
We offer Classic, Superior, and Deluxe Rooms, as well as a Suite, each individually styled to reflect the building’s charm while providing modern comforts. With its spectacular setting, The Bell is the perfect base to explore the village, Stratford-upon-Avon, and the Cotswolds.
Bringing your four-legged friend? All our rooms are dog friendly. There will be a £25 cleaning charge which includes a dog bed, bowls, and welcome pack.
