Gift Vouchers at the the Barn Owl

A voucher to spend in your favourite pub is a lovely gift for someone.

Welcome to the Barn Owl

The Barn Owl has a long and eventful history, dating back to the late 17th century when it was known as the Golden Farmer, it also had a spell of being called 'the Cricketers'. The pub moved to its current location in the 1820s and changed its name to the Jolly Farmer in 1823. We decided a new start deserved a new name and the Barn Owl felt a perfect fit.

We received the keys in July this year and are thrilled to be breathing life back into this beautiful pub, which had been closed for well over a year. We plan to be pouring pints by Christmas all being well and are currently looking for a team to help us do just that!

Our menus

Being foodies at heart, our menu, is something of an eclectic mix, striking a balance of hearty pub classics, complemented by more exotic influences from around the world. It changes regularly and reflects the seasons but always offers a mix of traditional British dishes alongside something a little different.

We're currently working on our opening menu with the chef team but to whet your appetite, click on the link below:
