Enjoy a tour of Scotland with our Whisky Tasting Experience at 7:30pm on Friday 24th October. 

Led by John from Dram Fans visit the five main regions (plus an extra one) with a whisky from each of them. Learn about their history and distillation and develop an appreciation for their complex flavours and aromas. We have asked our head chef Andy create dishes to perfectly pair with each whisky for you to enjoy on this culinary experience.

What to Expect 

Guided Tastings: You'll be guided through the tasting process by knowledgeable John who will explain the characteristics of each whisky. 

Aroma and Flavour Analysis: The experience focuses on appreciating the distinct notes and feel of each whisky, often providing insights into how to drink each sip for maximum flavour. 

Learning and Education: You'll gain knowledge about the history of whisky, the distillation process, and how to identify different flavours. 

Food Pairings: Small dishes chosen to complement the whiskies being sampled. 

Variety of Whiskies: You might sample different regions, styles, or even whiskies with varying alcohol levels to get a broad understanding of the drink.
