Salcombe Gin Tasting and Live Distillation

Join us on Thursday 14th May for an evening in the company of James from Salcombe Gin, as we celebrate the 10th anniversary of their London Dry, Start Point.
Taking over the lounge from 6:30pm, James will be offering welcome cocktails and guided samples of their range, including Start Point London Dry, Rosé Sainte Marie and Four Seas Coastal - each paired with the right tonic and garnish to bring out their character.
For something a little different, he’ll also be bringing along a traditional copper pot still for a live distillation of our very own Architect Gin. You’ll be guided through the chosen botanicals and how each one shapes the final spirit - a rare chance to see the process up close.
An evening for gin enthusiasts and the curious alike - and a fine excuse to gather a few friends.
Entry is free, including the drinks, though spaces for the tasting are limited.
