Fillet, rib-eye, sirloin, bavette or côte de boeuf… have I caught your attention?
On Thursday 12th November, we’ll have them all on the menu for our special Steak Night. Chef Guy insisted I taste them all – purely in the interests of research, of course!
My personal favourites are the 16oz sirloin on the bone and the bavette steak frites, but I’ll leave you to decide for yourself.
