Deputy Manager
Russel is a former model with a taste for adventure and a love for the finer things in life—especially a good glass of rum. When he's not enjoying a glass of Clement Shrubb on ice, you’ll find him island-hopping through the Caribbean, with Martinique holding a special place in his heart. Always ready with a story and a drink in hand, Russel brings style, charm, and a free-spirited energy to the crew.
Assistant Manager
James is the crew’s resident craft beer connoisseur and techno enthusiast. Whether he’s recommending the latest small-batch IPA or curating the perfect underground set, he brings an unmatched energy to the squad.
Senior supervisor
Originally from Ireland, Riain is our in house star in the making. When he's not pouring perfect pints of Guinness, you might find him on the bill of a broadway show!
Supervisor
Flora is the heart of the crew, always bringing a smile, kindness, and a wagging tail or two along with her. A dedicated dog trainer in her spare time, she has a special way with animals—and people too. Always warm and welcoming, she’s full of surprises—like her unusual love for red wine and Coke.
Bar/Waiting
Sam is all about good times and great company. She loves a glass of wine, a sizzling barbecue, and, most of all, quality time with her son. Family comes first for Sam, and her warm, down-to-earth nature makes her the heart of any gathering.
Head Chef
Aivaras moved to London in 2008 from Lithuania. He started working at the Queens Arms in 2010 as a Kitchen Porter. Within 3 months he was promoted to a Sous Chef. He is now very proud of gaining his position as Head Chef in our beautiful pub. In his free time he loves to spend time with his 11 year old daughter.
Chef de Partie
Weronika moved to London in 2016 aged 20 from the beautiful city of Bialystok in Poland. Starting with Brunning and Price in 2016, she started as a Kitchen Porter, learning and moving her way up to being a fully trained Chef.

Joaquim moved to London in 2015 from Goa. His passion was always cooking so there's no surprise that his life circles around restaurants, bars and now pubs. He joined the company in 2016 where he keeps sharing his love for good quality food.
Chef de Partie
Joseph arrived in London in 2016 from Goa. His journey with cooking started on cruise ships where he worked as a Sous Chef for 18 years. He settled down on-land so he can keep sharing his experience as a Chef.
