Summer Pub Walk
Saturday 11th July
Join us for our Summer Pub Walk exploring the hills around Bryn y Maen and taking in the sights of the beautiful countryside.
We’ll meet at the pub at 9:30am for a complimentary bacon sandwich and a hot drink to set us up for the morning, before heading out at 10am for our ramble. If the recent weather is anything to go by, hopefully, you will need your sunglasses! The walk is 4.5 miles and takes around two and a half hours, offering plenty of fresh air and the chance for both two-legged and four-legged friends to stretch their legs. We aim to return to the pub around 12:30pm, just in time for a well-earned drink or a spot of lunch if you fancy staying on.
We will be raising money for North Clwyd Animal Rescue, which is based in the North Wales village of Trelogano. They work tirelessly to provide sanctuary for all sorts of rescued animals in the local area and each year they manage to re-home over 1,500 animals. We’d be grateful for any support you can offer - so please do bring along any spare change and help us make a difference.
If you’d like to join us on the walk, please reserve your place below so we have an idea of numbers - it helps us count out the bacon rashers!
We look forward to walking with you.
Worked up an appetite? After a good stroll, there’s nothing better than settling back at the pub for a relaxed lunch and a well-earned pint. If you’d like to join us for food afterwards, please book a table here. Please make sure to book a 'dog friendly' table if you're four legged friend will be joining you.
