A Summer's Evening with Nyetimber

Join us on Wednesday 8th July at 7pm for a summer evening in the sun (fingers crossed!) as we welcome renowned English sparkling wine producers Nyetimber for a very special tasting experience.

The evening will feature a six-course tasting menu, paired with sparkling wines from the Nyetimber collection, each chosen to complement the flavours of the dishes.

With a history dating back to 1086, and references to the estate appearing in the Domesday Book, Nyetimber has become one of the most celebrated names in English sparkling wine. Internationally recognised for its exceptional quality, the estate has won numerous awards and accolades, including Head Winemaker Cherie Spriggs being named Sparkling Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine Challenge in 2018 - the first woman, and the first person outside of Champagne, to receive the honour.

Throughout the evening, Jono from Nyetimber will guide you through the tasting, sharing insight into the producer, the wines themselves and how flavour profiles evolve when paired with food.

Classic Cuvée

Rosé

Blanc de Blancs

Tillington

Cuvée Chérie Demi-Sec

Tickets are £90 per person and include the tasting menu alongside five sparkling wine pairings.

There will also be the opportunity to add an optional tasting of the prestigious 1086 by Nyetimber for an additional £45 per person.

Please arrive between 6:30pm and 7pm for a prompt start to the evening.
