New to wine or keen to broaden your horizons? Join us for our very first Fox Wine Club on
Wednesday 25th November at 7:30pm. We’ll be joined by Kevin Sambrook, a wine guru if you will, and a familiar face across B&P for many years. His knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, his trade make it hard not to get swept up in the romance of a vineyard tale (and he has plenty of them).
If you simply want to learn more about wine, or you’ve ever wondered why the same grape can taste so different from one bottle to the next, or when to reach for a Sauvignon Blanc over a Chardonnay, come and join us for a journey from grape to glass.
Our first lesson is an introduction to wine: a quick tour of the vinification process, the basics of tasting and, of course, a selection of wines to try your newly learnt skills on.
