Burns Evening Dysart Arms

We are proud to announce our evening to celebrate Robert Burns on Tuesday 25th January. There will be a Scottish theme running through the air; we will have a separate menu with Scottish influenced dishes and tipples to match.

-       Classic Cullen skink

-       Scottage pie, rich mince and haggis, topped with neaps and tatties mash

-       Poached Scottish salmon, mussels with a smoked whisky and leek sauce

-       Half pot roasted Grouse, roast carrots, haggis croquette, cavolo nero, juniper jus

-       Deep fried Mars bar with Iron Bru semi freddo

If that wasn’t enough, then why not add a Cheese and Whisky pairing flight to finish; three single malts with cheese to match. Or just pop down and join us in raising a glass to toast Scotland’s favourite son.
