An Evening with Tanners Wines ~ Discover the World of English Wines

Join us at on Friday 17th April when we'll be welcoming renowned wine merchants Tanners Wines for a special tasting dedicated to the rising stars of the English wine scene.
With a heritage dating back to 1842, Tanners are one of the UK’s most respected independent wine merchants. During this tasting event, their expert host will guide you through the story of Tanners, the remarkable growth of English winemaking, and what makes these wines so distinctive.
Throughout the evening, you’ll enjoy a guided tasting of six carefully selected English wines, exploring different styles, regions and producers that showcase the quality now emerging from vineyards across the country - including sparkling, white and rosé wines.
To accompany the wines, our chefs will be serving a selection of English cheeses and cured meats, chosen to complement the tasting. The evening will finish with a sweet meringue nest topped with fresh English strawberries.
This is an evening designed for wine lovers of all levels - whether you’re curious about English wines or already a fan.
Join us from 6:30pm for a welcome drink, with the tasting beginning at 7pm.
