Event Space Details

The exclusive hire fee is £300 for the full day. This includes dedicated staff, chef, small heat lamps, speakers for music around the bar area, fully stocked bar, and a full draught beer system. The venue must be vacated by 10 PM. Please note that the hire fee does not include the cost of food or drink.

Tailored Event Packages

To ensure a seamless and unforgettable experience, there is a minimum spend of £1,000 which is required for your booking, this can be a personalised combination of food and drink packages to suit your needs. Here’s an example package for your consideration: exclusive space hire for £300, a food package for 20 guests at £20 per person totalling £400, and an arrival drinks tab for £300. Alternatively, allocate the remainder towards additional food and drink options to delight your guests.

Food & Drink Offerings

Our event space boasts a dedicated pizza oven and skilled pizza chef, serving up delicious options for your guests. The food package includes freshly made pizzas, sliders, fries, and fresh salad. Drink packages are tailored to suit your preferences, starting from arrival beer and prosecco to a selection of cocktails and fine wines.

Music & Atmosphere

We provide in-house speakers in the bar area to set the mood for your event. However, you are welcome to arrange live music for a more personalised touch.

Capacity & Comfort

Seating is available for up to 60 guests, with additional standing room for mingling and socialising. We also have additional benches outside of the tent for those sunny event days.

Weather

While we do have a large covered area and small heaters, we are still at the mercy of the great British weather. We intend to run your event the best we can while keeping everyone dry and warm, but suitable garden footwear and clothing are advisable to ensure comfort throughout your experience.
