Chase Starting life as a vodka distilled from apples, Naked Chase is then redistilled with carefully selected botanicals to produce an elegant, clean and fruity gin. £4.00

Edinburgh Gin A well balanced crisp gin with a hint of ginger, a spicy fruit edge and laid back citrus. Pine, the taste of the mountains, is at the forefront of this gin, with heathery scented notes following on. £3.40
Edinburgh Elderflower A sweet elderflower liqueur, produced by the gin distillery. £4.00
Elephant Distilled in Germany using 14 botanicals that include some rather unusual but fascinating African ingredients like Baobab, the Buchu plant, Devil's Claw and African Wormwood. £5.20

Fifty pounds The name comes from the time of George II and the 1736 gin act, when a 50 pound tax was levied on those wishing to produce and sell gin. Only two distilleries agreed to pay the tax! £4.00
