Front of house

Rachael Perry


Rachael joined us in 2016 when we opened the Physician in Birmingham, so she knows a thing or two about new openings! When she's not working, you'll find her on the other side of the bar improving her product knowledge, for research purposes only of course!

Frankie Pool

Deputy Manager

Frankie aka "Franc" is our fiery Deputy Manager loves a good G&T! She is an organising puppy and always has a label maker handy! Frankie has been with the company for a good few years now and when shes not running around the pub she's tidying up after her fisherman and fellow pub-ee fiancé at home!

Quentin Davis

Deputy Manager

Quentin has recently returned to Brunning and Price after spending the last two years travelling Asia and Australia! He's back with a wealth of knowledge and having previously been part of the opening of our sister pub The Mute Swan, Hampton Court, we feel he'll bring some exciting ideas to The White Horse. He still seeks adventure in his spare time...



Carla started in hospitality at just sixteen years old, where she worked her way up through various pubs, bars and restaurants. Leading the front of house team, she is a solid performer and allrounder in every area and has a real passion and desire to progress. Carla enjoys music, nature and the great outdoors. She also has a small crush on Eminem. But don’t tell him that!


Adam Purdy

Head Chef

Adam joins us with a wealth of experience, from fine dining to running his own pub - a perfect combination to be at the helm of our kitchen team. In his spare time, he's an avid sports fan. We do pity him for his choice of football team, but he is Northern so we try to look past it.


Sous Chef

Vladimir or Vlad has recently joined the team from another local restaurant kitchen. 'Mr happy' as he is known as for always smiling and bringing positivity to the team. He is a creative chef, bringing his passion for Italian food forward into our vast menu. Vlad loves spending time with his long term girlfriend and has a passion music whilst being a talented drummer himself.

Megan Docchar

Chef de Partie

Queen of pastry and everything sweet, Megan runs a dazzling dessert section with an exquisite eye for detail. Megan even bakes in her own time; she loves to cook and will regularly show the team new ideas she has orchestrated at home. When Megan’s not baking, she enjoys walking her dog and spending time watching movies and TV shows. Rumour is her dish of choice is Ramen. MEGAN THAT’S NOT A DESSERT!!!!!

We don't reserve any of our outside tables or picnic benches so if you enjoy a little alfresco dining these are first come first serve.
