Spring Dishes

Spring has arrived at The White Hart, and with it a variety of delicious new dishes are making an appearance on our Daily Menu. Head Chef Martin and his brigade have been working with some fantastic seasonal ingredients including Collabinco Burrata from Italy, Wild Garlic, Native Mackerel, Spring Lamb, to name but a few.
As the season progresses keep your eyes peeled for new arrivals, here's a few highlights:
Smoked salmon, spiced avocado purée, shaved fennel,radish, croutes
Burrata, peas, broad beans and wild garlic pesto.
King prawn linguine, garlic, semi-dried tomatoes, chilli, Parmesan, basil
Sweet potato, aubergine and spinach Malaysian curry, coconut rice, pak choi
