Each day, before midday we upload the day's menus, it's always nice to whet your appetite before you even get to us. We also add in more detail about each dish in case you need to check out the ingredients for allergen information.

Its never too early for gin o'clock

Adnams Copper House Dry Gin 40% Zesty, sweet palate with barley, vanilla, hints of cardamom and fresh flowers with a soft floral finish. £4.05

Aviation Gin 42% Crisp notes of juniper alongside delicate floral sweetness, parma violets, a touch of citrus peel and some green vegetal notes in there too, with a pinch of spice. £4.05

Berkeley Square 46% Fragrant juniper and sage, with floral wafts of angelica and lavender developing underneath. Particularly earthy and rich £4.40

Bloom Gin 40% Honeyed palate entry with citrus and just a little blossom. Finishes with restrained juniper and spice. £4.05

Bombay Sapphire Gin 40% Strong citrus nose, acidic lemon dominating. Good bit of alcohol notes in there too, along with some juniper. There’s sweetness and a distinct floral fruity character in the background. £3.25

Brighton Gin 40% Rich and earthy at first, with mellow vanilla and orange wafting though and bringing sweetness. Plenty of drying pine notes in support, bolstered by a spicy kick of coriander seed. £4.60

Boe Passionfruit Gin 41.5% A tangy passion fruit-flavoured gin from Scotland's Boë. A mixture of fresh passion fruit and bright orange notes meld with classic herbaceous gin elements. £4.20

Botanist Islay Gin 46% This is a world-class gin, at a proper abv. A huge 31 botanicals go into The Botanist, including 22 native to Islay (the Juniper used is wild Islay Juniper). £4.20

Brockmans Intensely Smooth Gin 40% Nutty, fruity palate. Blueberries, juniper and soft aniseed notes. £3.80

Beefeater Pink Gin 37.5% Creamy vanilla and a generous pinch of black pepper surround the soft and supple strawberry. Bright juniper and a touch of acidity with a little hint of citrus fill the backdrop. £4.15


Smile! There's more!

Bathtub Sloe Gin 33.8% Almond and berries on the entry. The berries last throughout, thick and seriously flavoursome. Hints of vanilla. Oak tannins, too. Spices last on the finish. Lip-smacking ensues. £4.40

Boe Violet Gin 41.5% A vibrant variation on the Boë Gin recipe, which has been infused with violets. Hugely floral, with classic citrus-forward notes cutting through cleanly. £4.50

Caorunn Small Batch Gin 41.8% Very herbal and aromatic palate. Perfume-like delivery. Coriander and tart juniper, citrus zest. Zesty, spiced finish. £4.10

Edinburgh Gin 43% A juniper-forward palate with tart lime peel and orange zest. Creamy vanilla blends with cool menthol, before ground coriander spice gives warmth and depth. A creamy, medium-length finish. The warm spice lingers with a touch of sweetness. £4.40

Gin Mare Gin - 42.7% A fabulous Spanish Gin inspired by Mediterranean flavours, Gin Mare is made with botanicals including arbequina olive, rosemary, thyme, basil and mandarin! The result is a fabulous spirit which has been much praised by critics. £4.00

Haymans Sloe Gin 26% A traditional Sloe gin from Hayman's, this is made by steeping the sloes in Hayman's gin before blending with natural sugar. Bittersweet and intense in flavour, we love it. £3.00

Haymans Old Tom Gin 40% Gingerbread with icing, lively juniper, floral orris and a touch of black tea richness. £4.05

Hendricks Gin 41.4% A superb, and utterly unique, pink-tinged gin from William Grant's. Infused with rose petals and cucumber as well as the normal botanicals, this is a must for all gin-lovers. £3.50

Jinzu Gin 41.3% Made in Scotland, in an English style, with a Japanese twist. Traditional botanicals such as juniper and coriander are merged with Japanese cherry blossoms and Yuzu lemons. Its taste is perfectly soft and mild, the finish is nice and fruity. £4.20

Hoxton Gin 43% Tropical, coconut rum-like, perfumed with sweet citrus and soft juniper developing on the late palate and finish. £4.00


When life hands you lemons, make a gin and tonic!

King of Soho London Dry Gin 42% Bright citrus, the grapefruit peel giving it a unique sweetness. Hints of spice lurk around behind it. Liquorice lasts on the finish. £4.00

Martin Millers Gin 40% Juniper picks up on the palate, fresh and lively. Orange notes continue, not quite as pronounced. Mouth-filling and creamy. Cinnamon returns for the long, warming finish. £4.05

Monkey 47 Dry Gin 47% A curious gin from the Black Forest in Germany. Made with 47 (yes, really) botanicals and bottled at 47%, they also use a 'secret weapon typical to the Black Forest' in the mix – cranberries. £6.00

Opihr London Dry Gin 40% Along with some of the regular botanicals you'd expect in a London Dry they also infused cubeb from Indonesia, black pepper from India and Moroccan Coriander for a uniquely spicy flavour. £3.50

Plymouth Gin 41.2% A rich, fresh aroma of juniper followed by notes of coriander and cardamom with a long, elegant and aromatic finish. £4.05

Haymans London Dry 41.2% Fresh orange and lemon, piney juniper, coriander spiciness with a hint of fennel. £2.90

Gordons 37.5% This is a triple-distilled gin flavoured with juniper berries, coriander, angelica, and one other botanical. £3.15

Chapel Down Bacchus Gin 41.2% Incredibly aromatic and refreshing, with floral notes standing up well against spicier hints of juniper and coriander. £4.20

Warner Edwards Victoria's Rhubarb Gin 40% Tangy rhubarb is the star of the show, supported by a spicy blend of juniper, black pepper and cardamom. Finishes with Vanilla pod and cooked rhubarb sweetness. £4.00

Portobello Road No.171 Gin 42% Traditional London Dry Gin, this hits you with the juniper before settling in with bitter citrus flavours and the delicate, sweet touch of liquorice. £4.10


Save Water and Drink Gin!

Professor Cornelius Ampleforth's Bathtub Gin 43.3% The initial focus is juniper, but the earthier botanicals make themselves known in the initial palate too. Mouthfeel is exceptionally viscous and creamy – this is good spirit, and it makes itself known. £4.05

Silent Pool Gin - 43% Elderflower, chamomile and a waft of orange blossom. Warming honey sweetness and a spark of black pepper. Vanilla-rich honey notes last on the finish. £5.00

Sipsmith London Dry Gin - 41.6% Gentle mouthfeel, with initial dry juniper joined by growing sweetness, showing lemon tart & orange marmalade, garnished by a wave of fresh lemon zest, followed by bolder juniper & light dryness, before all the flavours harmonise into one integrated taste £3.25

Star Of Bombay London Dry Gin 47.5% Star of Bombay is a higher-strength, super-premium variant of Bombay Sapphire. The classic notes of juniper, angelica and coriander have been intensified, with the addition of bergamot and ambrette seeds offering extra exoticness. A rich and intense gin. £5.30

Tanqueray Gin 47% A London dry gin that uses ingredients including angelica root, coriander seed and juniper. £3.25

Tanqueray Gin No.10 47.3% A super-premium small-batch Tanqueray gin named after the No.10 still in which it is made. A superbly controlled explosion of botanical flavours, with much more citrus character than its Export Strength cousin. £5.00

Roku Gin 43% Earthy and vegetal, with a light whisper of fruity sweetness hiding underneath. Peppery notes develop on the finish. £3.50

Warner's Elderflower Gin 40% Wonderfully smooth, with tangy lemon alongside distinct elderflower and a dusting of icing sugar, with spices and a touch of vanilla peeking through and juniper on the finish. £4.00

Whitley Neill Blood Orange Gin 43% Bright citrus notes are up-front, though not one-dimensional. There's intense sweetness, but a touch of waxy orange peel peel balancing it out in the background. Hints of pepper, cassia and thyme honey join in along the way too. £3.60
