HayFEST Charity Dog Show and Quiz ~ Sunday 3rd August

Join us on Sunday 3rd August for a day of donations, for two great causes - Cheshire Dogs Home and Davenham Scouts. In aid of raising money, and have a great time at the same time. We will be hosting a pub walk and dog show, followed by a Quiz in the evening to put you're knowledge to the test after a few too many. 100% of proceeds raised will go directly to both charities. So round up your troops and your dog, and join us for a great day of entertainment and prizes!
Dog Walk & Dog Show -
From 9am ‘Eden Pet Foods’ will be joining us for our monthly pub walk, and kindly gifting a FREE lead and collar worth over £42 to every dog who attends. Although there is no charge to join, we kindly ask for a donation towards 'The Cheshire Dogs home who offer a safe space for dogs who need it the most.
We will meet at the pub for 9am to set off for 9:30am, with the plan of being back at the pub for 11:30am. The dog show will start at 12:00 noon with the aim to be finished in the early afternoon. Eden will be giving away prizes for the winners of each category on the day. Categories and start times will be announced on social media it due course, so grab your four legged friend and join us a fun filled Sunday! No need to book, just come down on the morning of Sunday 3rd August and meet us on the green!
HayFEST Quiz -
Get Ready for Hay’FEST Quiz Night and join us under the summer sky for a festival-themed Quiz Night like no other — in aid of Davenham Scouts!
Kicking off at 7PM, the fun begins with live music from Erika Ignata from 1:30pm, a buzzing atmosphere, and a chance to grab a drink (or two!) before we dive into a night of brain-teasing, laugh-out-loud quizzing. Joining us is FREE, however we do ask for a small donation of £3 per person which goes towards Davenham Scouts fundraiser. So all you need to do is bring your best team, good vibes, and your festival spirit and don’t forget every answer counts!
No need to book, just pop along on the day and meet us at the Beartown Bus from 6:30pm to secure your spot. Please note - seats are first come, first served.
