Summer Brewfest ~ Friday 17th to Sunday 19th July

Join us for a weekend of cask and craft beer appreciation at the Duke of York Brewfest from Friday 17th July to Sunday 19th July.

Brewfest begins at 5pm on Friday evening, with the festival running throughout Saturday and right through Sunday until late.

Across the weekend we’ll be pouring over 30 beers and ciders across two bars — inside the pub and from our garden bar — featuring a brilliant line-up of breweries including Vale Brewery, Wantsum Brewery, Mad Squirrel, New River Brewery, Sambrook’s Brewery, Adnams, Woodforde’s Brewery, Mighty Oak — and many more besides.

There’ll be plenty of space to relax, with shaded seating in our stretch tent alongside uncovered benches for those wanting to soak up the sunshine in our glorious garden. Deck chairs will be dotted around too, and when the summer evening cools, we’ll be firing up the outdoor fireplace to keep things cosy.

Speaking of firing up, Luca and the chef brigade will be manning the BBQ all weekend, serving up classic pub favourites to keep you well fuelled.

If beer isn’t your thing, not to worry — our bar will be fully stocked with all your usual favourite tipples, including a wide selection of no and low-alcohol options. We’ll also have live music on both Saturday and Sunday to keep the atmosphere buzzing.
