Pre-authorisation: We take full pre-payment for your stay at check-in.
Cancellation: Please note 24 hours notice must be given if you wish to amend or cancel your booking. If you cancel within this 24 hour period you will be charged for the first night of your accommodation.
Non-smoking hotel: We are strictly a non-smoking hotel; this includes all public areas, the main entrance and guest bedrooms. A charge of up to £100 may apply for smoking in the guest bedrooms.
Parking: Parking is at the rear of the hotel so as not to disturb our neighbours. Parking is free of charge.
**Dinner, Bed and Breakfast Rate: If you have booked a Dinner, Bed & Breakfast rate there is a set allocation of £30 per person to eat off the main pub menu. Any spend over the allocation is to be settled on departure. The allocation cannot be used against drinks.
