An evening with Wirral GinFriday 9th November 2018

Last night we held our first gin night in Little Fox ... and it was a great success. We teamed up with Eric from Wirral Gin to host 35 people in the bar.

There were five new gins to taste:

• Melted Snowman Gin – infused with nutmeg, cloves, orange, ginger and cinnamon. A brand new gin for Christmas time, perfect for a festive tipple!
• Sisterhood Rhubarb Gin – a juniper led gin with rhubarb, coriander, lavender and cardamom. This was a definite favourite last night.
• Violetta Parma Violet Gin – as the name suggests, it is fully inspired by the retro sweets, and tastes like them too! And as you will see from the pictures, it shimmers!
• Garland Gin – Flavoured with juniper, cardamom, quince, clementine and cinnamon, another festive favourite to get everyone excited for Christmas!
• Pumpkin Spice Gin Liqueur – tasted with a splash of Prosecco for the ultimate autumnal gin experience, or just neat for a big flavour.

I think everyone had their personal favourites on the night, with some even taking bottles home!

The charcuterie boards were a great accompaniment for the night, and looked amazing.
