A Surprise party perfectly plannedThursday 10th October 2019

On Saturday 14th September we had the delight of hosting a surprise party for Abbey’s mother. What a great evening! Mrs Hannah made her way into the Red fox next door where she was greeted by a member of staff to explain that she was booked in our event space, with a slight confused look, the guest of honour came into the little fox which at this point was very quiet!

The Bar area was kept as one room with everyone hiding behind our bi-folding wall. So, there was no one to be seen! As she went into the dining area. she was welcomed with 'SURPRISE!!' with lots of cheers and laughter. The look on Mrs Hannah’s face was priceless. It was very well organised; it must have been a very difficult job keeping 100 guests quiet leading up to the party and also waiting for Mrs Hannah's arrival! Very impressed to say the least.

Abbey decided to have our Hot finger Buffet, which consisted of mini fish and chip cones, mini burgers, belly pork bao buns. With a vegetarian option of battered halloumi and chip cones, falafel burger, black bean oyster mushroom bao bun all served with Asian slaw and chunky chips. At 8pm the food was served. It went down a treat! Our Hot finger buffet is a great choice for a party, informal but tastes delicious!

There was plenty of space for everyone to get their dancing shoes at the rea The DJ was all set up ready for when everyone had finished their food! There was some great old school classics playing, hard not to get up and have a dance!
