Between Monday 17th of Feburary and Saturday 22nd of Feburary our kitchen bridgade with be sharpening their knives ready for our 5 different cuts, including a Cote de Boeuf.
With the choice of 4 special sides and 5 sauces were sure to have the perfect match for you.
We have been busy tasting some hearty reds from the celler in preperation of this event. Having chosen 6 classic reds to acompany these cuts, you're in for a treat.
