As we settle into spring, we’re fortunate to have an abundance of wonderful seasonal produce to work with.
From Monday 4th to Saturday 9th May, our chefs will be celebrating the very Best of British with a specials menu full of local flavours.
Working alongside a selection of local producers, the kitchen has put together a range of dishes that make the most of what’s available, complemented by local wines, beers and other drinks to pair alongside.
