Oktoberfest at The Highwayman

Oktoberfest is back at The Highwayman, from Friday 9th to Sunday 11th October.

We’re bringing back a little taste of Bavaria for the weekend, with Erdinger returning to the bar, steins at the ready and Rich and the kitchen team putting together a special menu of German-inspired food to go alongside our selection of German beers.

We’ll get things started on Friday from 6pm with our Oktoberfest party. The bar will be suitably decorated, there’ll be nibbles to try from our Oktoberfest menu and we may even be able to persuade a few members of the team to get into the spirit of things with a little fancy dress.

On the menu, you’ll find German beer cheese with pretzels, bratwurst and currywurst with sauerkraut and fries, with a selection of German beers, wines and spirits at the bar to go alongside them. You can even have your favourite draught served in a stein.

The Oktoberfest food and drinks will be available all weekend, so if you can’t make it to Friday’s party, there’ll still be plenty of time to join us.
