Pilates & Prosecco ~ Saturday 19th July

Stretch into your Saturday with a refreshing hour of movement led by the wonderful Lisa Shirley, our expert Pilates instructor. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just fancy giving it a go, everyone is welcome.
Tickets are £12 and include a well-earned glass of fizz to toast your efforts once class is finished. We'll start at 11am outside on the decking - or inside if the weather has other ideas!
