There’s something rather comforting about a good pub pie, particularly as the autumn evenings begin to draw in.
Join us at the George & Dragon from Monday 26th to Saturday 31st October for a whole week dedicated to pies in all their forms. Think flaky puff pastry, buttery shortcrust, traditional suet and hearty pies topped with golden mashed potato – with something sweet for pudding too.
Our chefs will be putting together a special Pie Week menu, with a selection of pies to work your way through during the week. And, of course, there’ll be plenty of our award-winning ales at the bar to go alongside them.
If pies aren’t quite your thing, our Pie Week menu will run alongside our usual Daily Menu, so all your usual pub favourites will still be available.
