Sardinian Wine Dinner with Euro Wines
We've teamed up with our friends at Euro Wines for a rather special evening celebrating the wonderful wines of Sardinia, featuring a selection from the renowned Argiolas winery.
Our talented chefs have created a delicious five-course dinner, with each course accompanied by a carefully selected wine, bringing a taste of Sardinia to the Ribble Valley.
We'll also be joined by Neil from Euro Wines, who'll guide us through the evening, sharing his knowledge, stories and enthusiasm for these rather lovely Sardinian wines.

Aperitif
Italian mixed olives
First Course
Cep mushroom arancini, wild mushroom velouté, roasted king oyster mushrooms
Fish Course
Seared lemon sole, chorizo crumb, saffron velouté, samphire
Main Course
Porchetta, slow-roasted pork belly, Hasselback potatoes, salsa verde, red wine jus
Cheese Course
A selection of Italian cheeses
Dessert
Lemon, raspberry and vanilla cheesecake
Tickets are £100 per person, including an aperitif, five courses and matching wines.
