Sorrel has 15 years of hotel and catering experience under her belt having worked for the big players such as De Vere and Hilton, but she also ran an independent wine bar and bistro for five years. Good food and fine wine are her passions both inside and outside of work, and when time allows it you'll find her head buried in a good book - preferably on a hot, sunny beach somewhere exotic.

Mariusz came to England from Poland in 2008. He passion has always been cooking and he spends all his time in the kitchen at work and at home. In the little spare time he has, Mariusz like playing on his XBox, riding his bike and gerenally being outside, all alongside his fiancee Justyna.
