Welcome

Little Manor - nearing completion, this is an artists impression of how the pub will look when it opens in a few weeks time.
The Little Manor in Old Thelwall was built in 1642 for a General in Oliver Cromwell’s army. At that time it was called Thelwall Cottage, but it has obviously been extended and enlarged many times since, though it still exudes character in spades.
We completed the purchase in August 2011, and reckon it will take until the spring of 2012 to fully complete the renovation: there is a huge amount of potential to explore, and we quietly think it will be a little gem.
We'll periodically upload photos of the renovation as it goes along, and if you'd like to join our e-mailing list to receive an occasional update of what's happening, click on the link on the top right of this page. Once we're open, this will enter you into a draw each month for a meal and drinks to the value of £50.
