Sous Chef

Salary up to £25,000 per annum plus benefits and tips.

As a Sous Chef you'll work across all areas of the kitchen and have the ability to confidently manage the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence.

Breakfast Chef

Competitive hourly rate plus paid overtime, tips and benefits 

We are currently recruiting for a Breakfast Chef to take responsibility for our busy brunch service at the pub.

The role will involve a range of duties including preparation and cooking of the brunch menu as well as undertaking kitchen management duties including ordering, stock control and ensuring food safety and cleaning standards are met.

We require someone to work 35 hours per week with potential for overtime.

We’re looking for an experienced Chef de Partie who will help set the highest standards of food quality and consistency. Kitchen Porter

Hourly rate + tips + benefits

We are looking for a Kitchen Porter to work alongside our busy team of chefs during our particularly busy times – evenings, weekends and lunchtimes.

Duties will be varied and after initial training will include helping to keep the kitchen clean, operating the dishwasher, hand dish washing and some basic food preparation.

Previous experience is not required although enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen with high standards of food hygiene is essential.
