We are on the lookout for part time Bar/Waiting staff to help out during busy evenings and weekends .
Previous experience is always helpful but not essential - what’s more important is a genuine interest in food and drink, a real desire to make our customers happy and a friendly outgoing personality.

We’re looking for experienced Chefs de Partie who will help set the highest standards of food quality and consistency.

The potential here is enormous. Because of the internal volume of the Wharf, it will be one of our biggest pubs with 200+ covers inside and a fair bit of outside space too.

We’re looking for ambitious and committed chefs with a passion for food who are ready to take the next step in their career.

For us it’s all about serving fresh, simple, high quality traditional dishes extremely well and all of our pubs are featured in the Good Pub Guide.

This is a busy working environment, and as well as having high standards and demonstrating good attention to detail, you’ll help the crew set the bar high in terms of delicious dishes, effective kitchen controls and excellent standards of health and hygiene.

We see our CDP’s and Senior CDP’s as being on the first step of the ladder to a senior chef role and we’ll provide support and development opportunities for you along the way.

We are looking for a number of full and part time Kitchen Porters to work alongside our team of chefs during our particularly busy times – evenings, weekends and lunchtimes.

Duties will be varied and will include helping to keep the kitchen clean, operate the dishwasher, hand dish washing and some basic food preparation.

Previous experience is not required although enthusiasm and a genuine interest in working in a busy kitchen with high standards of food hygiene is essential.

We’re looking for friendly and conscientious people to help clean the pub.

Hours of work will be 5 mornings each week from 9 am until 12 (including some weekends on a rota basis).

General duties include vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, toilet cleaning, use of floor buffing machine and other general cleaning tasks.
