Sweeter wine

A dark brooding Italian grandfather of a wine. Hints of chocolate, raisins, cherries, liquorice, tar and leather can be found if the palate is willing. Almost sweetish in taste and wonderful with cheese.
Quinta Do Crasto, Douro, Portugal		24.95
Portugese wine can be a bit of a hooligan on the block, but this wine is all that you think it isn't going to be. Full bodied and slightly grunty, this is vibrant and muscular but it's not overbearing and has been known to help old ladies cross the road.
