Following the promotion of Ian to head up the Cross Foxes we are looking for a deputy manager to help maintain the success of the Pant-yr-Ochain. You'll need to be seriously hosty, to know your ales and your wines, and to have a real passion for food. You will be playing a key role in the running of the pub as well as maintaining a happy crew, so it's no small order.
