Greyhound Summer Fayre

Saturday 26th August 2017

Make it a family a-fayre at The Greyhound

To share one of our finest features, our delightful garden which is bursting with lush vegetation and beautiful blooms, the Greyhound is holding a Summer Fayre on Saturday 26th August, where locals and those from further afield, can relax and enjoy a day of celebration. The star of the show will be a succulent hog roast and there will be plenty of summer foodie dishes on offer. As well as The Greyhound’s excellent range of cask ales, which have CAMRA LocAle Accreditation, there will be a spirit and cider tent with a superb selection to choose from. From distillers such as Collagin, Cotswolds and Thames, and cider producers like Lilys and Snails Bank. You will also have the opportunity to meet the brewer of Little Ox Brewery.

The team at the Greyhound love a party and go to great lengths to create a great atmosphere with plenty of decorations and music; and delight in making everyone feel very welcome. There will be face painting and games for the children and plenty of bowls of water for our four legged friends.

So, if you fancy a piece of quintessential English charm contact Damien at the pub for information on ticket prices etc.
