Each day, before midday we upload the day's menus, it's always nice to whet your appetite before you even get to us. We also add in more detail about each dish in case you need to check out the ingredients for allergen information.
Pudding Menu
Where certain allergens are highlighted the allergen may relate to just one component of the dish, which may easily be substituted or removed. For more information please ask one of our crew.
We are happy to provide you with the allergen guidelines to support you in making your own menu choice; however we cannot recommend or tell you what is suitable for you to eat or drink. We declare the main fourteen allergens, but we are unable to give information on allergens outside of this. Where we offer gluten free dishes, controls are in place to ensure that dishes contain less than 20ppm gluten. There may be a risk of cross contamination during the processing stage of the ingredients by our suppliers and in our busy kitchen. This means that we can never guarantee a dish is completely free from any allergens or specific ingredients.

Cheeseboard
Sussex Blue
Smooth and creamy hard cheese with small blue veins and a natural rind giving a mild creamy blue flavour to this hard cheese. Was selected for the cheese board at Brighton Race Course for a dinner attended by HM the Queen and HRH the Duke of Edinburgh. Sussex Blue won Gold at the British Cheese Awards.
Golden Cross – Golden Cross, East Sussex
Golden Cross is a log shaped goat’s milk cheese which can be eaten fresh or matured. The cheeses are lightly charcoaled prior to maturation when a velvety white penicillium mould develops on the surface. When young the cheese has a fine, firm silky texture and fresh, citrus flavour. As it matures the cheese becomes denser and creamier and develops stronger, more complex flavours.
Lord London
A creamy yellow cheese made with pasteurised cow’s milk from local farms. Lord London has a clean citrus taste with an edible white rind. Best Semi-Soft cheese at the British Cheese Awards.
